Willows at East Greenville

Conversion of an existing light manufacturing plant to residences. Design included rebuilding of an existing three story wing that had a partial roof collapse. Exterior brick masonry walls were salvaged with an interior line of heavy timber posts and beams supporting joist framing. Other features included reframing the elevator shaft, creating a new two story atrium and new cantilevered canopies.
